The previous agent had only arranged one viewing in 3 weeks, hadn’t put up a sales board, took terrible photos and didn’t do a HD video. The Estate Agency Co gave me advice on dressing my property, planned the photos for a sunny day, instantly put a board up and did a high quality video. They reached out to their list of buyers and remarkably got me an offer on the property before the listing went live online. Within the first week of the property going online we had a high volume of viewings and went to closing date. I was kept up to date with everything that was happening without having to chase for updates. I can honestly say that using them to sell my property was the best decision, the service they give is highly professional and organised.
